I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. The rooms need serious attention, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. The service was also disappointing, and I found the food quality particularly unsatisfactory. The location, while busy, didn't make up for these shortcomings.
The hotel is decent but has a long way to go in terms of hospitality. While my room was okay and relatively clean, some basic amenities were lacking, such as tea and cream replenishment. Breakfast was quite basic and not very satisfying. Moreover, the poor Wi-Fi and absence of a business center were significant drawbacks. Overall, there might be better options available in Agartala worth exploring.
I found this hotel to be quite average overall. The rooms were just okay, and I think they need to focus on improving the basics, especially cleanliness and amenities. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, and the Wi-Fi was rather unreliable. Additionally, the staff seemed a bit untrained, which may hinder the overall experience for guests. I'd suggest looking for other options if you're staying in Agartala.
